Key principles of this league

When

One League last one calendar quarter.

So every year, there will be four editions, one per quarter:
  • Q1: January, February, March
  • Q2: April, May, June
  • Q3: July, August, September
  • Q4: October, November, December


Categories

Players are assigned to one category that matches their level.

There are 6 players per category.

There are categories for Men and Women.

Competition format

Round Robin: We follow a round robin format so each player will play 5 matches to play during the quarter with each of the other players of their category.

Match format

Depending on the groups: mostly 1 set OR for more competitive groups 2 sets with tie break at 5-5 + a third set as 10 points tiebreak

Match points

  • 6 points for winner
  • 2 points for looser
  • 1 bonus point for loser if there is at least one tie break, 
  • if the match cannot be complete on time, then it's a draw and each player gets 4 points

Location

You find and book your own court to play your matches.

Until further notice, all matches should be played in An Khanh ward (ex District 2)
